By signing up to our program you automatically agree to the Affiliate Agreement set out between yourself and us. Please read it carefully before signing up.
TheBingoAffiliatesTM Affiliate Agreement
A. License
TheBingoAffiliatesTM offers to its affiliate partner the non-exclusive right and license to provide advertising and marketing services in support of its sites at TheBingoAffiliatesTM. The license is non-transferable and subject to the terms and conditions detailed below and can be updated on an ongoing basis without notice.
B. Term
Your Term will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end immediately on termination by either party. You will be responsible to display our advertising (banners or other material) in a prominent and appropriate position on your website. Termination of the agreement by either party can be given at any time with or without cause. Affiliates will not be paid under any circumstances for sales occurring outside of the agreement term.
C. Changes and/or Modifications
TheBingoAffiliatesTM has the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time without notice. All changes or modifications will be posted on the TheBingoAffiliatesTM Affiliate terms and conditions page. In the event that any change is unacceptable to you as an affiliate your sole recourse will be termination of this agreement. This agreement is binding with the person(s) who the agreement has been originally set up with. Should there be a change in ownership or name change within this agreement the contract will be void and will automatically cancel. CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES CONTAINED IN THE POSTING.
D. Limitation of Liability
TheBingoAffiliatesTM will not be liable under any circumstances for any damages direct or indirect, special or consequential, or for any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this agreement or with any affiliates use of the partners program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances will the aggregate liability of TheBingoAffiliatesTM related to the operation of this Agreement and its associated program exceed the total referral fees paid or payable under the Agreement.
E. Payment
Commissions will be paid via BitCoin. A 10% administration fee will be charged covering License Fees, Game Provider Fees, Platform Fees and processing costs. This amount will be deducted from Net Gaming Revenue and/or Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) obtained for each new players. In addition, the affiliate will be responsible for fixed marketing costs (such as electronics/jewelry/gifts) the operator must pay on behalf of the affiliate's player. The minimum payout amount is $250.00. A $50 transfer fee will be deducted from the affiliate's final amount to processed via Bitcoin. Should the affiliate request a transfer amount outside of Bitcoin they will be responsible for this costs. You can request one payout a month; the payout has to be requested within the last 7 days of the month. The commissions are calculated on a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) basis less 10% Processing less Fraud/Chargebacks. In special cases, an affiliate may have or request a revenue share agreement. These types of agreements must be negotiated prior to the affiliate sending traffic to any of our brands. Revenue Share deals are based on Deposit less Payouts less Chargebacks/Fraud less 10% processing fee and marketing as described above.
F. Inactivity
As an affiliate you are expected to keep your account active with us. To do so you must log into your account 1 time during a 3 months period. As an affiliate you are also expected to grow your business. Affiliates participating in our affiliate program are expected to deliver at least 1 new depositor per month. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account may be closed. Our expectation of you as an affiliate it that you must deliver at least one First Time Depositor per month. Should this number not be reached, your account will automatically be locked so you can reach out to our affiliate manager and see how we can help you with converting your sign ups to depositors. Should there be a second month with no converted depositors your account will be closed. After a six month period, any player that has not completed at least one deposit will be considered inactive and be removed from our database.
G. Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Panamá. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Panamá irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
H. Independent Investigation
Affiliates acknowledge and accept that they have read this agreement and agree to the terms and conditions contained within it. Affiliates further understand that we may at any time offer referral programs on terms that differ from those in this agreement or that might compete with your site. Responsibility for evaluating and deciding on participation in the TheBingoAffiliatesTM partners program rests fully with the affiliate partner. This agreement details the entire understanding of the parties and no representation guarantee or statement other than those within this agreement forms any part of the agreement between the parties.

I. Qualifying Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Fees
A CPA becomes a Qualifying CPA once the affiliate's player has deposited a combined total of $35 or more.
